• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance
• Implement Global Mobility Programs and support employees
• Mentor team members in Benefits and Mobility areas

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of experience
• Advanced expertise in global benefits compliance
• Solid communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of immigration and social security policies
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
