Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Gather and document business needs, translating them into system solutions




• Review business processes for improved efficiency and automation
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated platforms
• Support D365 implementations and data migration efforts

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of related experience in business analysis
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Familiarity with logistics or transportation preferred
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
