Position Summary We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Power Electronics Engineer with deep expertise in switched‑mode power conversion, feedback control systems, and battery charging applications.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on engineer with a proven track record delivering high‑performance power electronic products from concept through production. The successful candidate will design innovative, high‑efficiency power conversion solutions in a collaborative, product‑focused workplace while providing technical leadership across New Product Introduction, Sustaining Engineering, Advanced Engineering, and R&D.;




The role requires strong experience with power converter design, including Power Factor Correction, LLC resonant converters, Phase‑Shifted Full Bridge converters, flyback converters, isolated and non‑isolated DC‑DC conversion, and digitally controlled power systems.
Specific Duties Lead power electronics projects from concept and architecture through design, validation, certification, manufacturing ramp‑up, and production.
Define requirements and technical solutions with Product Management and cross‑functional engineering teams.
Own power converter architecture, topology selection, modeling, simulation, design reviews, prototype bring‑up, and validation.
Design AC-DC PFC, LLC, PSFB, flyback, auxiliary, and isolated/non‑isolated DC-DC converter systems.
Develop and optimize digital control algorithms; perform control loop analysis, compensation design, and stability verification.
Design and validate magnetics, current sensing, gate drives, protection circuits, and power semiconductor solutions inc

Salary $ 125,000 to $ 155,000 YEAR annually
