As a pivotal part of our Finance team, you’ll manage the monthly close process and prepare essential financial statements. Your role will focus on variance analysis, compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing accounting procedures. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the general ledger close process each month
• Create internal reports showcasing financial performance
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend actionable insights




• Ensure adherence to regulatory financial reporting
• Assist in developing junior staff through coaching and guidance

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial accounting
• CPA and completion of a relevant accounting program
• In-depth understanding of IFRS and CIRO standards
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and accounting software
