As a Youth Worker, you'll be pivotal in initiating and implementing activities in both Youth Centre and school settings. You'll create programs that resonate with the youth's needs, foster team dynamics, and drive fundraising initiatives. Interaction with parents and the community is vital, as is adherence to SWOYFC's mission and ministry strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement youth-centered activities
• Build relationships through direct engagement
• Recruit and manage volunteers effectively
• Fundraise for youth advocacy initiatives
• Complete necessary administrative tasks

Requirements:
• Fully aligned with Youth Unlimited’s mission
• Excellent relational and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Satisfactory Criminal Reference Check required
