• Effectively operate skid steers and excavators
• Set grading standards using laser levels
• Install plant landscapes and water features
• Lead team activities and ensure site safety
• Conduct daily inspections and toolbox talks

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in construction or landscaping
• Leadership experience is beneficial
• Familiarity with computers for managing tasks
• Strong team communication and motivation skills
• Physically able to endure outdoor conditions
