In this hands-on role within the Research & Development/Technical Services department, you will interact directly with customers and oversee concrete testing and commercialization initiatives. You will design practical testing programs with UMI's R&D; team and lead trials to verify concrete performance, requiring extensive experience and knowledge in concrete materials and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and plan practical testing programs
• Conduct internal concrete tests including slump and durability




• Support customer quality and technical teams
• Troubleshoot concrete performance issues effectively
• Train customers on safe product handling and testing

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or related field
• 7+ years in concrete industry experience
• Hands-on experience with concrete testing methods
• Familiarity with ASTM, CSA, and ACI standards
• Robust analytical and communication skills
