With a minimum of five years in investment management or related areas, you will be involved in various tasks including fund administration and operational reporting. The role is designed for a detail-oriented skilled with strong skills in investor onboarding and regulatory compliance. You'll work closely with a variety of stakeholders to foster relationships in support of our investment business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee NAV reviews and fund reconciliations
• Provide trade support for investment operations
• Manage investor transactions and reporting accurately




• Support compliance, regulatory, and audit functions
• Identify areas for process improvement and system upgrades

Requirements:
• At least 5 years in fund administration or investment services
• Successful completion of Canadian Securities Course required
• Proven experience with reconciliations and operational reporting
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with investment management systems is a bonus
