Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice to internal service areas
• Draft and review bylaws and corporate documents
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives with departments
• Conduct legal research and monitor case law
• Facilitate planning related to safety compliance

Requirements:
• Law degree and good standing with the Law Society
• 3-5 years’ experience in municipal law
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills
• Commitment to equity and diversity principles
