Member Services Representative - Moose Jaw, SK Full-Time, Permanent CAA Saskatchewan is seeking an enthusiastic Member Services Representative to join our Moose Jaw office. This front-line role delivers exceptional service while supporting CAA products and motor licensing services.
Key Responsibilities Promote, sell, renew, and upgrade CAA memberships
Assess Member needs and recommend appropriate products and services
Process SGI motor licence issuing services (registrations, renewals, driver licensing)
Issue licence plates and related documentation accurately
Provide auto travel services, including maps, trip routings, and insurance
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and payment processing
What You Bring Grade 12 or equivalent
Ability to obtain Auto and/or Travel Insurance Licensing
Customer service or administrative experience (asset)
Solid attention to detail and communication skills
Hours of Work Five days per week, Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, based on business needs
