Key Responsibilities:
• Complete annual reviews and maintain policy compliance
• Prepare Loan Amendment Letters and Renewal applications
• Manage the collection of client information requests




• Assist with funding processes during loan advances
• Engage in projects and lending opportunities as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or finance
• 2-3 years in commercial real estate or lending
• Familiar with Ontario's market and sustainable practices
• Demonstrated analytical and financial skills
