Join Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada as an Addiction Recovery Support Staff member. This role emphasizes client supervision, daily activity support, and maintaining a safe recovery workplace.

As a key member of our In Residence Programs, you'll provide direct supervision to clients and assist with the operational structure of the campus. Your responsibilities include supporting healthy routines, conducting room checks, and participating in recovery-related activities. We seek individuals deeply committed to our values and mission to help those struggling with addiction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise clients and maintain program structure
• Encourage accountability and respectful behavior




• Assist with program activities and daily schedules
• Conduct facility checks and respond to incidents
• Facilitate support groups and outreach events

Requirements:
• Education in addiction services or related fields
• Experience in recovery or residential care
• Valid driver’s license may be required
• Current First Aid Certification is a plus
• Must pass Vulnerable Sector Clearance
