Customer Service Representative – Centennial Theatre Auxiliary Competition #26024A North Vancouver Recreation & Culture (NVRC) is dedicated to building healthy individuals, families and communities. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE You will deliver excellent front line customer experiences by providing information to the public, selling performance tickets in person and over the phone, collecting payments and assisting with related administrative responsibilities.

You are courteous and effective with the public in providing information and assistance regarding programs, activities and community events. You enjoy working with a diverse group of people and embrace change and challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Previous customer service training, experience, and cash handling experience is desirable. Knowledge of ticketing software (we currently use Show Pass), MS Excel and Word would also be beneficial. All employees will be available to work at any North Vancouver Recreation & Culture location. All candidates are required to submit a Police Information Check as a condition of employment.
HOURLY RATE: The pay for this unionized auxiliary position ranges between $25.22 and $29.48 per hour with 12% in lieu of benefit.
HOURS: Involves shift work that include days, evenings and/or weekends with no guarantee of hours.
