Elevate employee wellness at FNHA as a Program Lead, specializing in Ability Management within a hybrid work model. Focus on improving health outcomes for First Nations individuals through effective program delivery and collaboration.

In this temporary role, you will report to the Director of HR Advisory Services. Your expertise will guide FNHA’s (dis)Ability Management Program, enhancing employee wellness through recovery planning and collaboration with multiple stakeholders. You will engage in case management while creating a supportive workplace culture focused on wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver Ability Management Programs
• Monitor and enhance Ability Management procedures




• Collaborate with HR and external health service providers
• Promote recovery planning for employees
• Facilitate education on best practices

Requirements:
• University degree in Disability Management or equivalent
• 5-7 years in disability management or related fields
• 2 years of progressive HR Management experience
• Experience in occupational health or Indigenous settings
• Knowledge of relevant health legislation
