Retreat Guru is seeking a People & Culture Lead to own the HR function across Canada. This 0.6 FTE, 18‑month contract role reports to the CEO and covers hiring, onboarding, compensation cycles, policy compliance and employee relations for a distributed team.
You will design onboarding, manage contracts, and maintain HR records while enabling a remote-first culture and leveraging AI tools to streamline operations.
