This role is integral to managing the proposal process for impactful infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience in the utilities or construction sectors. Your keen eye for compliance and deadlines ensures that submissions meet high standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead RFx proposal coordination and support complex submissions
• Conduct compliance reviews and identify gaps in submissions
• Manage proposal schedules and document control




• Write engaging proposal content tailored for clients
• Support mentoring of junior coordinators with best practices

Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years of relevant proposal coordination experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• APMP certifications preferred
• Degree in Business, Journalism, or equivalent qualified experience
