Lead municipal infrastructure projects as an Engineering Manager for the City of Terrace. Oversee construction, planning services, and project management while ensuring effective delivery in a full-time position.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering and Public Works, the Engineering Manager is crucial for managing the Department’s capital projects. You will coordinate design implementations, prepare analytical reports, and ensure long-term planning for municipal infrastructure. Your expertise in environmental protection and quality control will guide creative project solutions and effective cost management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee municipal infrastructure design and implementation
• Prepare reports and cost estimates for various projects




• Manage staff and conduct performance evaluations annually
• Develop solutions for environmental and project performance issues
• Communicate with stakeholders, including public and contractors

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Civil Engineering Technology
• Registration as A.Sc.T in BC
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• Strong project management and contract administration skills
• Knowledge of CAD software and engineering drawings

Excel in project oversight and infrastructure planning at the City of Terrace.
