YO IT Consulting is seeking a Senior Account Manager to work remotely and oversee complex account management for high-value customers. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, and strategic client management.
Responsibilities include evaluating AI-generated content for account management, managing renewals and expansions, and supporting client communication strategies. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
