Lead restaurant operations at Grey Eagle Resort & Casino, Calgary's premier entertainment venue. We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to ensure service excellence during shifts.

The Restaurant Supervisor reports to the Restaurant Manager and oversees restaurant operations in a hands-on capacity. This role involves establishing priorities, ensuring work quality, and coordinating employee activities. You'll be responsible for maintaining safety and health standards while fostering a positive work environment for your team.

Key Responsibilities:



• Supervise all restaurant operations during assigned shifts • Ensure adherence to safety and health practices • Coordinate staff activities to meet service demands • Lead and motivate service employees effectively • Manage Point of Sale systems and inventory control

Requirements: • 2-3 years in a supervisory or lead role • Customer service experience with solid leadership skills • Knowledge in inventory control and beverage cost practices • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite • Valid Alberta ProServe and ProTect certifications
