City of Edmonton seeks two Welder I to perform welding, brazing, soldering, and cutting on municipal equipment, vehicles, and infrastructure. You will read sketches, CAD drawings and verbal instructions, and work with safety-conscious practices in a fast-paced shop and field settings.
Requires five years as a Journeyman Welder, Alberta Journeyman certification, and a valid Alberta Class 5 license. Expect a full-time, in office role with opportunities to mentor apprentices and fabricate off-site
