Our small, family-oriented dental practice in downtown Okotoks, AB is looking for an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established team

We are seeking a hygienist to work3 days per week beginning September 2026, with the opportunity to transition into a4-day-per-week full-time position in March 2027

We are asingle-dentist, independently owned practicewith a small clinic environment and a long-term, supportive team. We are looking for someone who is ateam player, dependable, and committed to providing excellent personalized patient care.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of dental hygiene experience
- Current registration to practice in Alberta
- Local anesthetic certification required
- Experience with Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) is preferred
- Proficiency with ClearDent software is ideal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented team




- Strong foundation in periodontal maintenance and preventive care
- Commitment to providing individualized, patient-centered treatment

Schedule

Our clinic operates four days per week with a rotating schedule:

- Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

From September through June, Thursdays and Fridays alternate as the fourth clinic day. During the summer months, the practice is open Monday through Thursday only, with no clinic on Fridays.
