The role requires working four weekdays, every second weekend, and being on-call during evenings. Key responsibilities include handling minor repairs, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring resident satisfaction across our quality properties.

Key Responsibilities:



• Perform minor repairs on mechanical systems • Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at all times • Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues • Drive vehicles for property maintenance tasks • Assist in snow removal and heavy lifting duties

Requirements: • Experience in residential property management or skilled trades • Excellent communication skills with diverse groups • Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills • Ability to lift heavy objects (50-100lbs) • Availability for on-call work during evenings
