In this temporary contract role at The Salvation Army, you will lead efforts in the Gifts of Hope Christmas Toy Room Program. Your responsibilities will include organizing toy drives, managing supplies, and overseeing the distribution of toys to families in need. A solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and case management databases is essential to efficiently document and report information.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate toy drives and program promotion efforts
• Manage supplies and maintain the toy rooms
• Process registrants and verify applications




• Train and lead volunteers for distribution days
• Develop reports and statistical data for leadership

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in human services or related field
• Minimum two years in casework or social services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid BC Class “5” driver’s license
• Familiarity with community resources and outreach
