In this role, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring smooth IT operations at Xanadu. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while supporting user onboarding processes. You'll configure devices, maintain documentation, and assist with audio/visual setups, contributing directly to our innovative mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as first point of contact for IT support requests
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues effectively
• Set up and configure servers, laptops, and desktops




• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes
• Monitor and respond to alerts or incidents

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field
• 1-5 years of relevant IT experience
• Solid familiarity with Linux, macOS, and Windows
• Knowledge of basic networking and cybersecurity practices
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
