As a Maximo Designer at Thales, you'll leverage your 2-3 years of experience in administering IBM Maximo in a production setting. You will configure various application elements and ensure alignment with operational needs while providing troubleshooting and user support around the system. Your role will directly impact efficiency across waterfront operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Update Maximo configurations including fields, forms, and lookups
• Support and maintain user access, roles, and security




• Conduct basic troubleshooting of application and integration issues
• Administer the Maximo system, performing routine updates
• Document configuration changes and user support guidelines

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
• 2-3 years of Maximo administration experience
• Familiar with SQL and Maximo integration tools
• Experience with application design and report administration
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
