Take on a pivotal role as the HSF Manager at the YMCA of Lethbridge. This full-time position focuses on leading program initiatives and engaging with community members.

As the driving force behind the Health, Sport, and Fitness team, the manager will implement strategic initiatives that align with the YMCA's mission. This position demands robust leadership capabilities, active participation in community programs, and adherence to organizational values. You'll be responsible for both team management and external advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and guide the HSF team’s services
• Collaborate strategically with YMCA leadership
• Promote inclusive practices within the workplace
• Participate in Fund Development Initiatives




• Implement preventative maintenance plans for fitness equipment

Requirements:
• Required Certificate in Personal Training and Group Fitness
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Required supervisory background
• Intermediate First Aid and CPR Level C certification
• Prior experience in non-profit organizations considered an asset
