Ethos is seeking experienced IT risk and assurance managers to help train an AI language model on qualified documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance, with direct ownership of SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST framework work.

The work is fully remote, offering flexible 5–20 hours per week and an ASAP start date. You will craft, evaluate, and refine security documentation and risk assessments for board-ready
