WAHA is seeking a Manager of Diabetes Education Program and Clinical Nutrition to lead evidence-based diabetes care across the Moose Factory site. You will guide clinicians, design workflows, and monitor outcomes in partnership with the Chronic Disease Prevention and Wellness director.

You will mentor DEP staff, manage schedules, ensure data reporting, and contribute to WAHA's quality improvement initiatives in a northern Indigenous community.
