I'm building a heart‑centered coaching practice and need an experienced, reliable Operations Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day operations while I focus on coaching, content, and growth.

I created the Heart Freedom Method — a transformational approach that clears subconscious blocks preventing success — and I'm co‑authoring a book with Jack Canfield to bring this work to a wider audience.

This is a part‑time, in‑person role (2‑3 days/week) based in Cabbagetown, Toronto.

What You’ll Do

- Manage operations and oversee our virtual assistants
- Keep clients happy through warm communication and follow‑ups
- Handle scheduling, coordination, and logistics
- Solve problems independently and keep things running smoothly
- Support program delivery and special projects

You’ll be the operational heartbeat while I focus on delivery and growth.
