Firehouse Subs is seeking a General Manager for our Okotoks location to lead daily operations and uphold our standards of service and quality. You will ensure a secure, friendly, and efficient restaurant environment that delivers exceptional guest experiences.
You will recruit, train, and develop the team, manage schedules and performance, and partner with ownership on local marketing. A hands-on leader with 2+ years of management experience is preferred.
