Northern Strands Group is seeking an Underground Miner / Equipment Operator to join its growing team. This role requires a minimum of two years of underground Potash experience and proficiency in operating various mining equipment. You will actively participate in safety meetings and ensure operational standards are met while maintaining a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate scoops, alpine miners, and other mining equipment
• Participate in safety meetings and inspections




• Maintain communication with Maintenance and Operations teams
• Perform rehabilitation work and install belt lines
• Complete other onsite duties as necessary

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
• Two years of experience in underground Potash settings
• Valid General Mine Safety Awareness (asset)
• Robust safety record and teamwork skills
• Ability to work day and night shifts
