Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to implement primary care in Indigenous communities
• Manage relationships with Indigenous leadership and healthcare stakeholders
• Prepare performance reports for Alberta Health and ARP Management
• Oversee the recruitment of primary care providers for diverse Indigenous populations
• Provide consultative expertise and support change management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in health science or nursing
• Minimum 3 years in Indigenous health
• 5 years in leadership or program planning roles
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
