You will be responsible for developing and overseeing critical health, wellness, and disability programs within Employee Health Services. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective case management and facilitate employees' return to work after illnesses or injuries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop corporate health and wellness initiatives
• Manage disability claims and health assessments
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings for case management




• Oversee contracted health and attendance services
• Train supervisors on health and wellness programs

Requirements:
• Degree in related discipline
• 4-6 years’ experience in disability management
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety laws
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License
