In this Estimator position, you will leverage your experience in construction estimating to review project specifications and analyze necessary data. Your responsibility includes preparing detailed estimates and conducting effective takeoffs while monitoring client addendums throughout the estimating period. You will also engage with vendors and subcontractors to optimize project costs and pursue best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review specifications and drawings for estimate scope
• Incorporate historical data into unit figures




• Provide input on project risks to lead estimator
• Calculate material requirements from engineering drawings
• Advise on changes during the estimate period

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 5+ years of construction estimating experience
• Knowledge of alternative construction delivery methods
• Proficient in HCSS Heavy Bid Estimating Software
• Strong technical writing skills
