Grace Bible Church is seeking a passionate Next Generation Pastor to oversee youth ministries for grades 6-12, while also supporting children's and young adults' ministries. This full time role emphasizes the development and empowerment of volunteer leaders and creating transformative experiences for young people. Collaborate with the Executive Pastor to integrate the various age groups and provide a cohesive discipleship experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide vision and leadership for the youth ministry
• Teach at youth gatherings and build volunteer teams




• Coordinate events such as retreats and outreach activities
• Maintain communication with parents and guardians
• Cultivate intergenerational connections within the church

Requirements:
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience in youth ministry and volunteer management
• Passion for disciple-making and community engagement
• Ability to support transitions into young adults' programs
