Aviva Canada is seeking a Litigation Clerk to support one lawyer in handling insurance defence (tort) matters across Ontario. The role offers a hybrid work model and day-to-day file management, including drafting documents, calendar management, and liaising with counsel and claims operations.
You will bring at least 3 years of legal assistant or law clerk experience, robust Word/Outlook skills, and knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules.
