The role collaborates with Operations, Legal, Customer Care, and contractors to balance customer experience with business risk and regulatory considerations. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years in claims management, a CIP/CRM credential or ongoing pursuit, and robust analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
