Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with client administrators

• Facilitate the complete client implementation process

Requirements:
• Proven customer service experience with onboarding focus
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field
• Strong Microsoft Office technical skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail with large datasets
