In the role of Program Director for Community and Secondary School-Based Mental Health Services, you will be responsible for clinical leadership and support to various mental health programs. This full time position focuses on strengthening family capacity and reducing risks faced by children and youth with mental health challenges. Your expertise in counseling and program coordination will help foster connections in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee family-based treatment and outreach counseling programs
• Supervise program staff and maintain high-quality service delivery
• Implement strategies to achieve program objectives
• Coordinate referral and intake procedures with schools
• Provide crisis consultation and support to counselors
Requirements:
• MSW or a related master’s degree
• 4 years of mental health clinical experience
• Supervisory experience in similar services
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care
• Valid BC Driver's License and criminal record check
