In this full-time hybrid role, you'll play a pivotal part in enhancing our network across Toronto, Brampton, and Mississauga. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, your responsibilities include relationship building, addressing partner inquiries, and supporting compliance processes. Your focus will be on delivering consistent and skilled service to ensure partner success in food rescue.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with non-profit partners
• Provide timely responses to partner inquiries




• Liaise between partners and Second Harvest Operations
• Schedule compliance audit calls with partners
• Manage operational inquiries through calls and tickets

Requirements:
• Experience in client-facing or community services
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong organizational mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Passionate about reducing food waste
