This full time role oversees daily operations at the Okanagan Mission YMCA Child Care Centre in Kelowna, BC. You will provide leadership to Early Childhood Educators while ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and YMCA standards. Your impact supports children, families, and positive learning experiences within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of Early Childhood Educators in high-quality programming
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all




• Support staff recruitment, coaching, and performance development
• Monitor program quality and implement improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Current Early Childhood Education certification required
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Valid BC ECE License to Practice
• First Aid Certification - CPR C
• Willingness to complete a criminal record check
