Position: Financial Modeling & Valuation Expert
Type: Part-time
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40hrs/week

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence on potential private credit investment opportunities.

Prepare detailed investment memos and present recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Monitor and manage portfolio companies by tracking performance and identifying potential risks.

Collaborate with deal teams to structure, negotiate, and execute private credit transactions.

Maintain and update financial models to monitor key metrics and covenant compliance.

Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, partners, and co-investors.

Track industry developments and macroeconomic trends affecting the private credit market.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting,



or a related field.

Solid experience in private credit, leveraged finance, investment banking, or similar sectors.

Strong expertise in financial modeling, financial analysis, and investment analysis.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to interpret financial data.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, collaborative environment.

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
