Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor Sanitation Team Members daily
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain sanitation records and adhere to SSOPs




• Ensure compliance with GMPs and safety regulations
• Coordinate sanitation activities according to the Master Sanitation Schedule

Requirements:
• 1-2 years in a sanitation environment, preferably food-related
• Experience with CFIA-approved chemicals is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and independent work skills
• Good communication capabilities
• Flexible to work various shifts and hours
