Join a Family-Owned Agile Property Management Team We are seeking a Multi-Site Building Manager to join our team in Abbotsford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, reliable, and professional individual who enjoys working independently while also being part of a collaborative property management team.




The successful candidate will be based primarily at Midtown Club Suites while assisting with coverage and operational support across multiple residential properties when needed. This role combines building management, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, property operation, leasing support, and administrative duties.
What We’re Looking For Previous experience in property management, building management, or a related field
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Knowledge of the BC Residential Tenancy Act is an asset
Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills
Hands on experience such as apartment painting and repairs
Comfortable using computers and completing administrative reports
Valid BC Driver’s License
Reliable vehicle required
Ability to provide vacation and coverage support at other locations as needed
