In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing vital surveying support under the guidance of the Project Superintendent. Your expertise in underground mine surveying will assist in both lateral and vertical development processes. Maintain and communicate crucial project plans and ensure all survey activities comply with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily underground surveying for construction projects
• Ensure project plans and survey data are updated regularly
• Prepare and share survey plans with teams
• Report unsafe conditions and participate in inspections
• Maintain survey equipment and vehicles
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in underground surveying
• Expertise in MS Office and mining software
• Ontario Underground Hard Rock Miner Common Core credential
• Robust time management and organizational skills
• Consistent commitment to safety and compliance
