We are looking for an experienced Technology Systems Engineer/Control System Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience with secure access control systems and building automation systems. The role requires hands-on experience with system integration, specification documents, and communication of technical concepts to diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement at least 3 secure access control systems with 500+ access points across multiple locations.
Implement at least 2 building automation systems with 500+ control points.
Write and gain approval for specifications and technology architecture documents for these systems.
Effectively communicate technical concepts to both large and small groups with varying levels of expertise.
Key Skills & Experience:
Experience ensuring system compliance with specifications.
Familiarity with open standards and protocols such as ISA, IEC, ISO, OPA, ONVIF, and specifically ISA/IEC 62443.
Hands-on experience with top access control and automation systems, including Cisco, HP, Comnet, Panduit, Aruba Networks, Juniper Networks, and more.
Experience in designing and implementing monitoring systems for various technologies like access control, CCTV, fire alarms,



elevators, generators, gas detection, and more.
Knowledge of secure access, industrial control systems, building automation, SCADA, and networking.
Familiarity with business processes related to access control, building automation, environmental control, security, power, and transportation is a plus.
Additional Responsibilities:
Work with diverse teams to develop and implement a common technical architecture.
Analyze and design systems for large, multi-domain environments.
Define performance measurement methods, SLAs, and specifications for different systems.
Understand Information Management principles, ITIL, and service management processes.
Translate business requirements into system specifications and models.
Develop and manage technical architecture specifications and enterprise architecture deliverables.
