As a Mechanical Estimator, you will report to the Senior Mechanical Estimator and play a crucial role in analyzing costs and preparing estimates for mechanical projects. Essential tasks include liaising with stakeholders and coordinating site visits while applying your estimating knowledge and construction best practices to every project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare estimates for construction materials, labor, and equipment
• Advise on tendering procedures and analyze tenders
• Establish cost monitoring and reporting systems
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors,



and project stakeholders
• Conduct purchasing and coordinate small construction projects

Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Construction Engineering Technology is an asset
• 2-3 years of estimating experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite applications
• Strong understanding of construction practices
• Clean Class 5 BC Drivers' license required
