Overview
Service Current Brunswick (SNB) requires a RBAC/IAM Lead with significant clinical setting experience to support identity and clinical role readiness work for the provincial CIS initiative. The role will focus on understanding the current IAM environment, identifying gaps that could affect CIS adoption, and planning and executing the changes needed to ensure a secure and reliable access model for go-live and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with clinicians, end‑user groups, clinical and technical teams to identify clinical roles and support creation in the new CIS.
Collaborate with SNB’s enterprise IAM teams, CIS vendor teams, cybersecurity, HR, clinical leaders, and operational groups across Horizon and Vitalité.
Coordinate work owned by SNB IAM or other partner teams as necessary.
Deliver project plans, resourcing plans, routine status updates, documented IAM policies, CIS role/profile definitions and configurations, documented role catalogues, training and support material, strategy definitions, RBAC policies, post go-live support models, and operational hand‑off documentation.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in RBAC/IAM within a clinical setting and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
