Autism Services seeks an experienced Operational Excellence skilled to lead the implementation of Lean tools (5S, problem solving) and KPI tracking at McClean Lake on a 14 days in/14 days out rotating schedule. Expect long days, with some activity outside normal hours.
You will train and coach teams, generate reports and presentations, and support the OE Manager to develop and oversee the OE program. A background in Lean/Six Sigma and data visualization with Excel/Power BI is preferred.
