Job Description Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to join one of our enterprise retail clients. This individual will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives within Supply Chain and Store Operations environments. The ideal candidate will have a solid combination of Project Management and Scrum Master experience, with the ability to drive program execution, manage stakeholders, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure successful delivery across multiple cross-functional teams.
This role requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in both Agile and Waterfall environments while supporting enhancements, BAU initiatives, and strategic enterprise projects.

Skills and Requirements -5-10+ years of experience as a technical application Project Manager / Scrum Master
Experience as a strong Project Manager with the ability to create RACI charts, RAID logs, documentation, stakeholder management
Experience working at large enterprises, preferably in a large-scale retail environment with store knowledge
Experience working within Supply Chain with experience with DC management, inventory management...etc.
End-to-end delivery of complex program delivery
Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
Enhancements on BAU work and new functionalities
Leading day-to-day Scrum ceremonies / daily stand-up
Strong documentation process to write artifacts that can be replicated for future use and store openings
Experience with Jira / Confluence
Experience with AI and using this in your daily process to leverage efficiencies within the team (Claude, Gemini, Chat GPT) -SAP/ERP integration experience
